Parent Volunteers

Many upcoming events and activities require our lovely parent volunteers! Volunteers help in various roles within the school and classrooms, including: volunteer drivers, classroom helpers, leader of school clubs, library helpers, special event helpers, etc.

Parents wishing to volunteer can fill out the Volunteer Application form online or pick up a form by visiting the Community Information Corner (this area is located opposite the WTS kitchen). All volunteers at Woodstock Trinity School are required to provide a Police Record Check. Following the submission of your application, you will need to obtain a signed Request for Police Record Check from WTS administration.

The PTA will be recruiting volunteers for events they will be organizing. More details and specifics on how and when you can volunteer for upcoming events will be available through the PTA as the events approach. Sign up sheets will be made available at the new WTS Community Information Corner.
